A leading and innovative company in the field of cyber threat intelligence is looking for an experienced and detail oriented bookkeeper to join the Finance team. This is a key finance role responsible for managing the company’s day to day accounting operations in a dynamic international environment. The position supports accurate financial reporting, compliance with Israeli tax authorities, and close collaboration within a team of accountants, while contributing to the company’s growth and operational excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage daily bookkeeping activities, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Process invoices, payments, expense reports, and credit card transactions
• Perform bank, credit card, and general ledger reconciliations
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
• Prepare accounting books and documentation for external CPA audits and manage ongoing communication with auditors
• Handle tax reporting and compliance with Israeli tax authorities only
• Work with international vendors, customers, and service providers
• Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Work independently while effectively prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
• Collaborate closely with the finance team and other internal stakeholders
