We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Legal Counsel to join the management team supporting three sister companies in the cybersecurity field, all operating under one unified professional structure.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career lawyer to enter the hi-tech industry, gain hands-on experience, and work closely with senior business stakeholders.

About the Role-

  • Provide ongoing legal support to three closely aligned companies.
  • Work directly with sales team and additional business teams.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including template updates and review of customer redlines.
  • Serve as the main internal point of contact for external legal counsel: coordinating requests, tracking tasks, and managing follow-ups.
  • Support regulatory and compliance matters, including ongoing work with an external professional firm handling international standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee corporate governance matters, including:
  • Filings with the Israeli Registrar of Companies.
  • Drafting board and shareholder resolutions.
  • Preparing materials for board meetings and shareholder meetings.
  • Signing corporate documents as authorized.
  • Translate business needs into clear, practical legal guidance for internal teams.
  • Collaborate with various departments across the organization, including Sales, Product, R&D, Research, Finance, and other operational teams.


Requirements
  • LL.B. and valid license to practice law- Must.
  • Experience in corporate/commercial law during internship or in the first year of practice- an advantage.
  • Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and the ability to work independently.
  • “Can-do” attitude with proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to clearly explain legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong drafting skills and business-oriented thinking.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
