Join our mission to shape the future of cyber and AI security. KELA is seeking a dynamic SDR to join our sales team. This role is pivotal in our sales team to excel in both inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting, ultimately driving sales opportunities and contributing to our mission of leading the Continuous Threat Exposure Management market.
Responsibilities:
- Drive outbound lead generation and inbound lead conversion strategies. Serve as a key link between Sales and Marketing to optimize pipeline creation and lead management.
- Implement and refine processes for inbound and outbound sales activities. Ensure efficient lead handoff to sales and collaboration with the demand generation team for follow-up on leads.
- Oversee the identification and research of companies to target. Utilize tools and resources to pitch our solutions effectively and set appointments with qualified prospects.
- Own the analysis of lead generation performance across outbound calls and email, maintaining a focus on achieving monthly quotas of qualified opportunities.
Requirements
- At least 3 years in B2B quota-bearing sales roles and 2 years in sales or sales development leadership.
- Proven experience in growing and scaling successful SDR teams. Ability to mentor, train, and lead SDRs effectively.
- Strong track record of working seamlessly with Marketing, Operations, and other departments.
- Hands-on with HubSpot, LinkedIn SalesNav,and similar sales tools.
- Communication: Exceptional communication and organizational skills. Native in English.
- Hands-on approach with a positive attitude, willing to lead by example and go the extra mile for team success.
