We are a fast-growing cyber-intelligence and CTEM vendor expanding aggressively in Japan. As our first VP of Sales, Enterprise Japan, you will own the full go-to-market charter—revenue, team build-out, channel strategy, and forecasting—for all enterprise accounts (Global 1000, large domestic groups, government-related bodies). Reporting directly to the global CRO, you will be the face of the company to Japan’s C-suite security community.


Requirements

15 + years B2B cyber-security or enterprise software sales; 8 + years in Japan leadership roles.

Demonstrated track record closing multi-million-dollar, multi-year SaaS or subscription security deals (e.g., ASM, threat-intel, MDR, cloud security).

Existing executive network across security, risk, and IT divisions in financial services, manufacturing, and government.

Deep channel experience: has structured resale, MSP/MSSP, and GSI alliances.

Bilingual – Native-level Japanese (JLPT N1) and strong business English.

Data-driven operator comfortable with MEDDPICC (or similar), Salesforce dashboards, and OKR/ARR metrics.


 Nice-to-Have

Prior success launching a foreign cyber vendor in Japan and growing it past ¥ 1-3 billion ARR.

Understanding of MITRE ATT&CK, NIST CSF, and/or ISO 27001 mappings.
