About the role:
We are looking for a Channel Manager to lead and expand our partner ecosystem
across the U.S. market. This role is critical in strengthening our go-to-market strategy
through partnerships with resellers, MSSPs, and strategic alliances within the
cybersecurity ecosystem.
As our Channel Manager, you will be responsible for building, managing, and
optimizing relationships that drive revenue growth and market reach. You will work
closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure partners are fully
enabled, engaged, and aligned with our business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive channel strategy to grow partner-
driven revenue in the U.S.
Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners, including VARs, MSSPs, and
technology alliances.
Manage ongoing partner relationships and act as the main point of contact for
business and operational needs.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Product) to ensure
alignment on joint business plans and enablement programs.
Monitor partner performance, pipeline development, and forecast accuracy.
Support partners with deal registration, co-marketing activities, and sales
enablement initiatives.
Represent the company at industry events and partner forums.
Requirements
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in channel management, partnerships, or business
development within the cybersecurity industry – advantage.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth through partner ecosystems.
Strong network and understanding of the U.S. cybersecurity channel
landscape (VARs, MSSPs, distributors, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, capable of working independently in a
fast-paced environment.
Based in the U.S. (remote), with willingness to travel as needed.
Nice to have:
Experience with threat intelligence, cyber risk management, or adjacent
technologies.
Familiarity with partner enablement platforms (e.g., PRM, HubSpot).
